Why should I upgrade to a heavier weight after a few weeks?
Your body naturally adjusts to the calming pressure of the blanket over time. After 2–4 weeks, many people feel ready for a bit more weight to deepen their sleep and relaxation even further. Think of it like building a tolerance — a slightly heavier blanket can enhance the soothing effect and improve your results, especially if your initial blanket felt "just enough" in the beginning.
What’s the right weight for me to start with?
We recommend starting with a blanket that's around 8% of your body weight. If you're unsure or between sizes, go lighter first — you can always level up after a few weeks once your body is used to the pressure.
Will I get too hot under a weighted blanket?

Can I use the blanket if I have anxiety or trouble relaxing?

Is there a trial period or guarantee?
We offer 100-day hassle-free returns for store credit. Prefer a refund to your original payment method? That’s possible too — we’ll just deduct a small return shipping fee based on your location.
