Article 1 – Definitions

  • Consumer: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

  • Business Day: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands.

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Website: the online platform of Mycalmcover, accessible via www.mycalmcover.com.

  • Products: sleep improvement health products offered for sale by Mycalmcover.

  • Services: customer support, order handling, and shipping.

  • We / Us / Our: Mycalmcover, the provider of the products and services.


Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through our website.

  2. By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  3. We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.


Article 3 – Offers & Pricing

  1. All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability.

  2. Prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  3. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any errors, even after an order is placed.


Article 4 – Ordering & Agreement

  1. An order is only final once payment has been successfully processed.

  2. Upon acceptance of the order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without stating reasons (e.g. suspicion of fraud).


Article 5 – Payment

  1. Accepted payment methods include all major forms except Klarna.

  2. Payments are processed immediately upon checkout in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

  3. All transactions are secure and encrypted.


Article 6 – Delivery

  1. We currently ship only to Australia.

  2. All orders are shipped with free standard shipping.

  3. Delivery times vary; we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

  4. In case of delays, you may request a discount on your next order by contacting us at support@mycalmcover.com.

  5. We are not liable for customs fees or import duties that may apply.


Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. You have the right to return your order within 100 days of receipt.

  2. You may choose between:

    • A store credit (free return),

    • A refund to your original payment method (return shipping fee will be deducted based on your location).

  3. Returns are only accepted if:

    • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition,

    • All tags and protective film are still attached.

  4. To initiate a return, email support@mycalmcover.com. Returns not initiated via this email will not be accepted.

  5. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.


Article 8 – Warranty & Liability

  1. Our products are designed for sleep improvement but do not claim to cure medical conditions.

  2. If a product is defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Mycalmcover is not liable for:

    • Misuse of the product,

    • Delay in delivery due to force majeure,

    • Health consequences if used contrary to recommendations.

  4. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.


Article 9 – Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations in case of force majeure, including but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, or logistical disruptions.


Article 10 – Privacy & Data Use

  1. We collect personal data (name, email, address, etc.) solely to process orders and offer customer support.

  2. Our website uses cookies and other tracking tools to enhance user experience.

  3. You may receive marketing emails from us — you can unsubscribe at any time.

  4. Data may be stored or handled via a third-party fulfillment center, solely for logistics purposes.

  5. Your data is not sold to third parties.
